Fiber Optic Based Switching Network System (Sub Contracted). The network implemented at the Central Bank of Sri Lanka is a Fiber Based Switching Network.

The network consists of 9 fiber segments with universal 4 pair fiber backbone joining the segments to the central server pool. The entire network consists of a total number of 900 points.
